Strong Exhibitor Interest In Euvend 2009 Cologne, Germany Despite Slow Economy

Chicago, IL – Cologne, Germany – April 22, 2009

Based on early bookings and space demand, Eu´Vend, the International Trade Fair for the Vending Industry, looks poised to become another successful event. The 4th edition of this biennial trade show will again be organized by Koelnmesse GmbH in cooperation with the German Vending Association and will take place from September 10-12, 2009 in Cologne, Germany.

Eu´Vend links manufacturers of vending machines, product manufacturers, operators and potential users of vending machines. Product segments will consist of vending machines, filling products (food and non-food), operating systems, payment systems and services. The 2007 event attracted 5,108 attendees from 64 countries and 227 exhibiting companies from 17 countries.

Highlights will be the “Visions of Vending” seminar and the “Vending Innovation” competition, which recognizes the most innovative concepts and ideas with the presentation of the “Vending Star” award.

Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. U.S. SUPPLIERS WELCOME THE DATE SEPARATION OF KIND + JUGEND AND ABC KIDS

Chicago, Cologne – November 5, 2009

For the first time in many years, there will not be a date overlap between the 2 most important industry shows in the international Juvenile Product industry: Kind + Jugend will take place from September 16-19, 2010 in Cologne, Germany while ABC Kids is scheduled to take place from October 10-13, 2010 in Las Vegas.

Says Mike Curry, Creative Director of Bumbleride Strollers:” In the past it has been incredibly difficult to split time between those 2 shows especially for smaller companies as key employees in our company were forced to be present at both events. I look forward to the separations of the shows next year”. Similar sentiments were shared by Jeff Cornelison, Executive Vice President of International for Kids II: “We certainly appreciated the time gap between the two major shows. Exhibitors now can use their corporate booth design at both events. It will also make it far easier to properly staff for those two major trade shows.
