A sense of excitement is building among North American and European Food Technology Manufacturers as they anticipate two industry events in China and India created by the German organizer Koelnmesse GmbH . The International Foodtec China will be held from Sept. 4-6, 2006 in Shanghai, China, followed by the International Foodtec India held from November 23-25, 2006 in Mumbai, India. Both events are offsprings of the Anuga FoodTec Show in Cologne, Germany which is the largest industry event worldwide and set for April 4-7, 2006 at the Koelnmesse Fairgrounds in Cologne, Germany.

The markets in China and India have shown exceptional growth rates as increased demand for food products has spurred demand for domestic production and for “state of the art “ food technology equipment.
